Realism

Question 1: A- "She wept at once, with sudden, wild abandonment, in her sister's arms. When the storm of grief had spent itself she went away to her room alone. She would have no one follow her.", and " There was something coming to her and she was waiting for it, fearfully. What was it? She did not know; it was too subtle and elusive to name. But she felt it, creeping out of the sky, reaching toward her through the sounds, the scents, the color that filled the air."
B- Why people think they shouldn't go on if someone dies close to them.

The story is a great textual description of realism because it describes the scenery of the story, how she feels, and the amount of passion for her husband.

Question 2: A- I seized Covey hard by the throat; and as I did so, I rose. He held on to me, and I to him. My resistance was so entirely unexpected, that Covey seemed taken all aback. He trembled like a leaf
B- To stop slavery and to stop the whippings

Douglass point for writing this story was to let people know on his triumph over his master to gain back his courage and self reliance he have had before he went to Mr. Covey plantation.

My example of Realism is the song from Tupac called "Changes". A line from the song that best describes Realism is "And still I see no changes can't a brother get a little peace There's war in the streets and war in the middle east Instead of war on poverty they got a war on drugs so the police can bother me." That lines makes you realise what the world is really made of.
